Would love to see a video focusing on a sort of beginners guide to the gym and all the machines or even just show us a few workouts that you do in the gym using the machines and weights etc. See loads of RU-vidrs doing at home workouts and workouts u need no equipment for but not many for us that have access to the equipment but like me have no idea where to start. Hi Niomi! I recommend bringing a warm and *waterproof* coat to Iceland, as the past few days it's been super rainy and windy (we've actually had a couple of storms this week), at least here in Reykjavík. I look forward to seeing the vlog from the trip and hope you enjoy your time here :)

OKAY here are my tips for Iceland (I'm Icelandic btw). A thick coat (like the North Face, 66°north, Zo-On etc.), a big warm scarf and a good pair of mittens are essential. Thick socks and good boots because the weather here is terrible this time of year. The key is to have a good jacket that keeps you warm but not to wear too many or too thick jumpers underneath because then you'll just feel to hot and uncomfortable. Hope this helped! Also shopping for food, Krónan and Nettó are really good options for vegans and also affordable. NEVER shop at 10/11 - it's way to expensive, it's a sham. Hagkaup is like the fancy shop and Bónus (has a pig on the logo) is the cheapest. If you go to the Blue Lagoon, rent a private pool, it's worth it! And also, please don't say ,,Hi, how are you" when you walk in to an establishment, just say ,,good morning/day/evening" Or better yet, try saying it in Icelandic : ,,Góðan daginn" (read go-than dai-yin) :) Have a great time in Iceland!

Loved the vlog as usual! You and joe are completely perfect for each other! Hate to be preachy but u should use a reusable cup when getting take out coffee !!! I know from a previous vlog that ur aware of the impact of plastic etc and it’s such an easy thing to swap out and do - plus most coffee places charge less if u take in a reusable cup. Sorry if u already do this (apart from this time), just thought I’d mention in case xxx
