At 9:45 the black player impeded the movement of the white attacker. She made a distinct movement to swerve into the path of the white player with the ball NOT in playing distance.
That makes sense, but parents are usually annoying when they don’t know the rules of the game, like how you can’t be offsides on a throw in, or what an advantage is
