Hundreds audition, but only a select group will secure spots in the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders training camp. DCC director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell oversee the intense audition process and decide which hopefuls will make the team.

Even though Maddie is now a 5 year veteran I love when guest choreographers single her out as one of the best. Just looking back at her first year getting cut to where she is now is just amazing. She’s my favorite DCC and is one of the best of the team and it’s gonna be a sad sad day when she retires 😭

For those wondering, Meredith’s boyfriend is a friend of Jerry Jones(the owner) so yes she is the one of the weakest dancers, but she isn’t going anywhere because Jerry said so.

Kelli crying over Meredith saying she holds her future in her hands on last nights episode was too much. Dozens of girls have said those words in her office so why the big deal for Meredith? I’ve watched the series since the very beginning and have never seen anyone struggling as much Meredith and still make the team. And to even think of cutting vets Jaylin and Christina is crazy. Jaylun showed up with awful pink eye for first game last year and took it like a pro and did awesome! And Christina took five years making the team and is a 3 year vet now and certainly deserves her spot over rookies like Meredith. Ugh!!

It’s obvious they want her on this team. She must have some connection to these women? Bc she should’ve been cut weeks ago. It weakens their entire brand. Every guest choreographer has said she’s a weak dancer. Le. Sigh.
