Im an introvert myself but a friend of mine who belongs in one of the fan groups took me to a game & it was insane!! More structured than this - chanting throughout the match, flags everywhere - the kind of energy i got i had goosebumps till the end of the match. Since he is part of a group, he took me to an area where itwasnt crowded & the seats next to us were thankfully empty. If u ever get a chance, GO! :)
as an INTROVERT, i have no problem going to functions like this. i just need a day or a few to decompress and recharge afterwards. if youre too scared to even go to events, thats social anxiety. similar, but also very different. get a therapist, seriously, and maybe look into some medication. it will turn your life around :)

When the two most popular groups from the same region play a soccer game, it's called clasico (clasic) because is the classic rivalry from that specific region.

I'm not a soccer fan, but can say that Colombians are tremendous supporters of some clubs and more of the Selección Colombia. In Copa América played in the US, stadiums have been full of Colombian guys.

I always enjoy Kurt's videos and being an American born with Colombian heritage it reminds me of back home. Which I got to experience meeting my Colombian relatives for the first time at age 26. In 2009. I was mainly in Bogotá and visited the countryside of boyacá, such a wholesome place and the people are peaceful. The culture the vibes are like no other. Thanks Kurt for the fond memories. And sharing them with the world.

How do you view life? Do you ever feel lonely or tired of doing this/how you deal with it? Have you ever felt like "im going to stay here"?..What are your priorities? Do you plan these trips beforehand of how and where you want to go next, or do you just decide on the spot and go? Which country/city from all these visits did you like the most/had the most fun?... etc. Just to get a little more depth about you/your mindset and how you are experiencing it mentally (the good and bad)✌ one love

As a Costa Rican, it's crazy to me the similarities between Colombia and us. Very very similar accents (very slight differences and some different colloquial words used) with an absolute love for futbol, to the point that some of the chants are similar although I am sure that is shared amongst most Spanish speaking countries. I want to visit one day, I'd blend in easily I feel like.

Actually a person who really likes football wouldn´t be standing in that part because you can´t see anything LOL. So the friend took him there but it is more to make noise and have fun, but you really can´t see the people playing. So the real fanatic would be on the grades, not there, so as to watch the show. Just saying. I don´t like football but I live in a country of football fanatic people as there, so I know about it . He didn´t even film anything of the play actually LOL

approx. 14 years ago I witnessed Barcelona becoming Tri-Champions (They won the Spanish League, the league cup and Champions League) and I happened to be in Barcelona for an internship. The party and the amount of people celebrating was majestic. If you have ever been to Barcelona, imagine Camp Nou and area all the way to Las Ramblas boulevard filled with people. Subways filled with people pushed against the windows and the subway moving up and down as people bounce and jump, out of pure emotion and celebration. For those unfamiliar to Barcelona; Imagine what you saw in the video and multiply by 10. Beautiful footage
I went to Boca Jr vs Riviera (I think) in the 90s at the "Chocolate Box". Biggest rivalry. It was mental too. The piss raining down from the upper deck to anyone stupid enough to go below, and the way the rival fans are segregated and they can't leave within 45mins of each other to prevent bloodshed in the streets. Dunno what it like these days but this had a similar vibe haha. Awesome content again man.

If there's one reason Kurt is so damn good at this, gotta be his adaptability. The fact that he can cover every corner of a foreign culture, in a place that isn't his home and a language that isn't his home, watching a sport he was never previously interested in, and capture every emotion as well as feel truly ingrained by the end of the video.
