exercise 1 0:31 jumping jacks exercise 2 0:37 high knees exercise 3 0:48 mountain climbers exercise 4 0:58 knee tucks exercise 5 lvl1 1:08 burpees exercise 5 lvl2 1:31 burpees+pushups exercise 5 lvl3 1:51 burpees+side-to-side do this cycle from 10 to 15 times it will take about ~45 minutes and you'll see results

I agree, was doing this 3 times a week 10 times and got from 25% body fat to 7% in a couple months

as you say no excuses! i Train esvery day since my father died, 3 months ago. And now im training box. When i start my weight was 93 now 85kg. So i belive in no excuses. Thanks for shearing your knowledge!

Really good cardio workout - what I liked about it were the short rest intervals. Very essential to a cardio workout. If you or your viewers have trouble with ab exercises because of back or neck pain - visit us at the AbStand for a machine that works while you stand.

i do the full routine 6 times (depending on your stamina) and jogging afterwards and its the best cardio so far for me :)

I recomend to start with 1 set and when you are wormed up , go running / jogging , you will sweat a lot and it's great workout and when you are done with running you can do a few push ups / pull ups

I've loosen 10 kg in 4th months thanks to getting back to training (swimming and volley-balll) and following a diet methode similar to your but less restrictive. But now I wanna loose more that is why I'm glad to find this video. I'll try it soon as possible and I'll also follow you dietetic methode. Will see how it works on me. I'll let you know the result. Thanks for all.

I do this routine with the pullup bar routine of the "5 killer routine programm". If you try to do it with the chest routine, you won't be able to make the burpees as good as you can and your arms will be very sore before you start. So i recommend to make this routine on a routine that doesn't use your chest or triceps to much. Hope it helped you. Work hard and have fun!
