I totally relate to you with the ballet stuff! I'm into weight training now too but I did ballet for 15 years and wanted to become a professional ballet dancer. I stopped and haven't really gone back now but the conditioning and the things I was told while dancing are still messing with my head sometimes💗

reading 1 book a week is really tough to achieve and personally takes up SO much time! I would suggest switching that goal to one book a month :)

Could you talk about the difference between a ballerina body & a gym body? Bc I see so many women who strength train/pilates who look ballerinas. I’ve seen many many women in the gym who lift who are thin & very toned. Just like a ballet dancer
