Good one my friend .Yesterday I did a similar workout: weighted pull ups 3x5,weighted dips 3x5,overhead press 3x5, pendlay row 3x10,cable push downs 3x15,ez bar curl 3x8.

Much love my guy 👊, I wouldn’t go to failure on every set, 0-3 reps shy of failure is the sweet spot for muscle growth according to current science. Depending on how many sets your doing I would structure it like this: Set 1/2 = 1-2 reps in reserve Sets 3/4/5 = 1-0 reps in reserve In general the less sets per session you wanna push all sets to maximum intensity and go to failure. The more sets per session the less you wanna go to failure in order to perform better over multiple sets. Hope this helps.
