The KTM installation instruction show that it mount with the lights on the bottom side, so this would be mounted upside down. It's pretty confusing as I see it both ways.
I do have a question. I just got a new 24 Ktm 350xcf. I only ride trail so not sure if it's worth it. My question is is ktm app free? Or do you still need to pay the $250. If I do get it does it show overall mileage? Or is it just let ride
The fact that this says it is easy to install is really frustrating, I’ve been trying to figure this out for nearly 2 hours, there is no instructions and I have no idea what some of the parts included in the kit are supposed to go to.
It’s really simple the rubber part goes over that little notch on the casing of it. The cables should all face down not up. You take the rubber part and pull it together with the other side of the same rubber part. For the cables there are two holders in the plastics where you just click them in (connect the gps first though) behind the number plate which you have ti uninstall. Now depending on what kit you have you either have to first uninstall the front fender. Then swap it with the new one with the GNSS Plastics hole. After that you take the pre installed GNSS which was tangling around and put it in the form of the fender. Make sure you put the cable in the little channel made for it. Then Add the Black Plastics on top of it has to be moved in from behind and clicks in if it worked. After that there is a single screw which you have to put in from the bottom (there is really only one hole). And that’s it. For the Kit without the fender it’s a bit more rudimentary there are basically 2 solutions one is actually requiring to bore a hole in the fender and the other one doesn’t. See for the first one you have to put the GNSS on the fender suggest not directly behind the number plate but maybe like 15cm in front of it. Then mark 4 points for holes and another 2 points in the little cavity then drill these holes and put the zip ties over the gnss going through all the holes. That’s pretty much it. For the other option there is a little 3m reusable latch sticker which you basically the same distance a way as prior stated a way from the fender and another part on the GNSS Unit. You can then press the two together and should do the job. There is also a third option which is simply using duct tape make sure it’s not one that has aluminum in it or something otherwise the signal might be terrible. Keep in mind the cables should not go upwards and then bend down but to the ground straight.

Ok then what would you like to see? Some stuff where you can see how much the frame bend or is it in general that you’d prefer to go back to no electronics and reduce you performance quite a bit?
