The latest seems to be everyone saying “discussing” instead of “disgusting” two completely different words, even if you point it out they get angry and say you should understand anyway

I think it’s a neologism. A new adjective to describe a couple. One partner is disabled and the other isn’t. Like interracial describes a couple of different races. Interable describes a couple where one is able bodied and fully functioning and the other is disabled.
