Thanks for your feedback. You could use the revert button on the server / tableau cloud once it's published. It will revert all the filters to original value. Alternatively you could use parameter actions to achieve the same. Please try and let me know if you need more information. Cheers!
how to see all values?? if We want to see sales by all the years then there is no option for it in your dashboard because there is only one option to select which is quarter 1,2 etc But it is no value like all Which we have in filtres

Hey great video man, earned my sub. I have a question if you see this. Why did adding a blank field to the time series allow you to keep the other quarter selections colored? I cant wrap my head around what adding that blank field in quotes actually did
Hi Josh, Apologies for replying late. Adding a blank field in the calculation returns us a boolean result. Example Quarter(Date) = Quarter(Parameter) It will return either "True" or "False" True if the Quarter value matches with the parameter selection which will be only one quarter. Rest all other Quarters will fall under "False" category. That way we can choose the quarter selection (True) as coloured and the false value (All other Quarters) , we can give any other colour for non selection. Hope that helps. Cheers!
Hey excellent video , all I need to know is after selecting dual axis , one also synchronizes the axis , but in this case I did not see this any reason ? or is it because both the measures are same ?
This is very great video! Question: is there any way: when we click one of those quarters, the sales trend will change it as well? So, we don't need to hover over the sales by subcategory.
That’s a great question Javier. Yes that can be achieved by creating another action filter the way we created for quarter selection and sales by sub categories. In this case you just select sales trend worksheet instead of sales by sub categories. Hope that helps . Please try that and let me know in case of any issues.
@@DataVizCanvas Okay thank you. Anyway, have you made tutorial for the percent change? like I want to see like green arrow for +%percent change per quarter or red arrow for the -% change per quarter. I think it would be nice to have them beside the sales number :)

Do you have a filter on a year value? That could be one of the reason that its only showing 2 years instead of 3. Please share more details or tableau public link to your dashboard and i will try to look into it.

@@haruco0909 making a dashboard with a dark background is simple enough the the dashboard in the thumbnail looks like it was made in a different software.
