Interactive Display Window 

Woooow, it can, like, tell if people are moving in one direction or the other o.O and actually use that to play, pause or even r-e-v-e-r-s-e a clip!

This is the video that first got me aware about HI and now I am in Hyper Island and it is an amazing feeling to look back and see a figment that changed my whole life.

is this done with kinect and openframeworks?

It's a typical interactive CONCEPT. It does not exist. The people who made it will want to present this project in the most ideal way possible at award shows. Therefore most (if not all) of the people moving in front of the window are staged. Also, the reactiveness of the video is so high, that it's bordering on near impossible. Quite likely the people and the window video are seperate video layers and synced in post production.

Nice but it fails to accurately capture the consumers attention, did you see how many ppl walked away within a few seconds and no one took an interest in the brand it promoted
