Interactive Virtual Home Experience with Nanite and Lumen in VR | Exploring UE 5.3 | WIP 

Unreal Engine 5.3 is pushing the boundaries of what's possible in architectural visualization, especially when combined with the power of Nanite and Lumen technologies in VR. The level of detail and realism is unlike anything I have seen before.
I am constantly experimenting with different UI concepts. The goal is to enhance the user experience, making it seamless and enjoyable.
Quest 2 was used in this experiment.
