Walk in pharmacy if you have any minor health problem. Pharmacists are very helpful and will give you the right med. Vitamins C &B drinks are very helpful when you are not feeling well.

You Dont need the coin organizer in Korea. When you buy at street vendors, most prices are priced 1000won, 2000won, etc. You may use coins but coins are hardly needed. Credit cards, and some bills in case is fine. Oh, the T-card. Get the T-card at the airport convenient store.

This is true. The only time you need coins is for the laundromat.

If you use cash at Olive Young, they refund the tax if you show your passport so you get some coins back.

It is getting hotter here in Korea. It was hot like an early summer day yesterday. But it gets chilly at night.

Are you taking a full size towel and shower curtain? I ask because those two items are unknown in Hanguk. 😂

For me I ALWAYS bring Papaw ointment. It heals all wounds like dry skin, chapped lips, bug bites, you name it! And when it comes to plugs I bought the chargers with changeable sockets so I do not have to bring adapters 😎

I recommend you to take a hat. It's much easier to protect from the sun than applying suncream every two hours. You can also buy serious sun-protection fully covering hat like Ahjummas 😅 You can buy amazing sunblock+makeup foundation bases in Korea. Use them under the foundation, you look naturally bright all day. They work like magic. some Koreans are using sun-umbrellas already. The sun ray is getting stronger.

It's hot like summer in the daytime, and cold at night. So a lot of short t-shirts and layers of jackets are good now.

The first thing I would bring with me are lots of deodorants. If I would travel to S. Korea, which I am dreaming about, one thing is that I heard they don't sell them there ?!
@tressuni

I thought I saw some!! But yes def more rare than the states

You can buy deodorants at the convenience store and Olive young(Korean drug store). NIVEA is the most common brand here.
@slavvalb3933
@slavvalb3933 5 месяцев назад
@@WhyJ-g5z they are there. But, they may not actually deodorize. Some formulas irritates skin and makes it even worse . Unless u have the same brands what we have in U.S.. But, so curious to try Korean brands 😀
@WhyJ-g5z
@WhyJ-g5z 5 месяцев назад
@@slavvalb3933 You are right. I don’t think we can purchase a wide variety of deodorants here in Korea. NIVEA is the most common here. A few other brands such as Crystal, Dove are sold. International cosmetic brands like Clarins, Channel / and some European drugstore brands like Uriage have a small portion of the market.

@@WhyJ-g5z yeah. Nivea and Dove are good. One has to watch out for expiration date on them
