The LED will only blink when there is a GPS lock. So try it out side were there is no obstacles. Also check the antenna connection. If Its doesn't work on outside either, then then the module must be damaged.
Sir, plzz make it with use of sim800l and to send location on mob. And also code like your previous A9G board location tracker project which update location in avery 30 sec of time with 30 second store locations. Just like your A9G board project which you makes years ago... plzzzzz sirrrr.....
