why is the pkr not always in the cell to protect cell from viral dna? why is it interferon dependent?

If it present then there will be hinderance in DNA replication as E2F is required for cell growth

Interferon is encoded by the genes in the nucleus , transcribed there and then translated on ER. further it is modified in golgi before secretion.

En Cuba tienen el interferon tremendo antiviral y es bueno para el coronavirus en China lo utilizaron y se curaron y es bueno para la Hepatitis tb aquí en E Unidos debían utilizarlo para curar a los enfermos y se pongan bien
