PMLA reverses the burden of proof and negates the presumption of innocence of accused - the Judge should prima facie believe the accused is guilty and only if he comes to opinion that he is not guilty he can grant bail!

@@chandrashekarpratapa didn't know ignoring ED summons were punishable offence. Come clean you just need excuse to put an innocent public leader behind bars. Why ain't ED investigating electoral bonds, it is by far the most eligible scenario for PMLA.
@@SAbdullah03 for electoral bonds, all the parties held responsible! But the law permits these bonds. However it will be reviewed and take a more reliable amicable decision. This can't be covered under PMLA.

Bonds altogether 6000 above, divide it amongst 18 States. Then you will not afraid of BJP. Think about Congress. It has been in Power for more than 50 years in last 70 years. BJP government made donations accountable. There was no rule luckily for Congress, how much money came to the party for the last 70 years. Can you imagine. The world is recognising Mody as an important leader, whereas in our country, Congress and communists, Islamic groups don't want Mody to be in power. Bail appears to have been granted on the premise that, Mr. Kejriwal is an " elected leader". Such leaders are SUPPOSED serve the people. But, bail condition wiuld not allow him to do so. Therefore, the H'ble Judges would have decided on bail & conditions, probably on two additional premise (1) Geanting of bail, by iving benefit of doubt to accused (2) Must have realized that, Mr. K. Wal require bail, to attend to needs of his family ONLY😂😂😂
It is power of international pressure because Kejriwal is CM and therefore more visible internationally. Unfortunately foreign countries have to force BJP and Indian government ecosystem to get embarrassed to act instead of acting on their own.
