Please let us know when u speak about interior cost,what all included. 1. False ceiling 2. Lighting of false ceiling 3. Other lighting of house 4. Electrical/plumbing changes 5. Civil changes if any 6. White goods- A/c, fridge, TV, microwave, washing machine,dishwasher 7, chimney and hob included in kitchen budget 8. Sofa,bed 9, soft furnishings ie curtains, covers,rugs 10. Safety door at entrance and pigeon nets or mosquito mesh in balconies… It wud be very helpful if we get to know what all included in interior cost when you or anyone mentions about it
hired interior coach services for interior of my flat in Noida. I was assigned a designer by name of Mr Bobby Yadav. He didn't pay attention to my requirement and kept feeding Pinterest images as his designs. I find him shallow and short in originality and creativity. No accuracy of drawing and measurements e.g. 160 sqft false ceiling in actual measured as 200 sqft. I gave a budget of 13 - 15 lakhs and he provided designs with estimate of 27 lakhs 😰. Bobby had the audacity to say that Interior Coach being a company will be costlier get the project executed by local carpenter. "Budget bhi hamara, design bhi hamara". Interior Coach charged fee of 1.01 lakhs as fee of design of 3BHK of 1495 sqft carpet area flat. Provided the invoice of 90k, when ask to provide invoice of complete payment. Gentleman said they don't provide invoice of cash payment😬.
