Thank you for giving this project as an example of having the interior design in the preliminary plans. I realize that alot of Kenyans don't know this. They assume that designers are purely decorators. I tried to start a career as an interior designer freh out of college in the early 90s in Kenya and folks frowned upon it and wanted me to just arrange their furniture and pick out colors and decor in the end. I moved back to the U.S and sadly changed sadly got into the finance industry.

This is quite a difficult question to answer on a comment question, there are so many considerations to assess before arriving at a price range. We all have a different vision of what a 4 bedroom house looks like and that's where the price difference comes in.
