The additional tassels and flowerrs does make the lamp look a whole lot more beautiful and luxurious. Very creative.

Have just subscribed to your channel and I'm soooo happy that you're style is classic. I really am over all of the horrid DT junky channels that seem so wasteful. I've been restoring antique furniture for about 20 years and I also restore antique chandeliers and lamps. I'm currently working on Victorian lampshades but I start with just the wire frame then source all the materials secondhand including the thread and glass beads. Your lamps look lovely and I'm looking forward to catching up with all of your past and future uploads ❤️❤️

@@designbyjosephineandjosee oh DT is Dollar Tree. I'm in Australia so we don't have that store chain here but do have barging stores. I just don't like how things are so throw away and wasted on other channels. I understand completely when people can't afford expensive items, as I'm on a Disability support pension and 14 years ago after escaping an horrific DV situation with my then young children, we were made homeless for 2 years. But there's so much second hand items that have stood the test of time and are beautiful, I just don't understand how people can be so wasteful. I'm really loving your channel and catching up ❤️❤️
