Your definition is spot on. Now, for the nbd of 2, we have 2 in the given set, and it's entire deleted nbd outside the set. Remember, the set is union of the disk and the singleton {2}, so 2 belongs to the set, and it's nbd doesn't. 2 is a disctrete point in the set. I hope it's clear.
Sir got too many comments and missed this I guess. I replied earlier to this but my answer was wrong, however, this, I think is the right answer. The two sets are two seperate disks of radius 1. So the set of limits points of their union is the union of |z|
