8:41 no wireless charging but you can purchase a compartment for your console that includes a pad to charge your phone on. Hooks right up to the cigarette lighter. It isnt fast charging but it works and keeps the phone stored and out of your way.
Love my 2024 Limited. But man, they need a better infotainment software and HD cameras. The night vision also a bit dated. Otherwise I love it! Wish I made the switch from Chevy a long time ago. But obviously i realize the new gen is coming soon. So we will see if it will be worth a upgrade in a few years! But overall I may be quite fine with this gen. Lack of wireless carplay and power lift gate is a bit questionable for the pricing. But wireless adapters exist and the gate isnt that heavy for a man. Carplay also a true blessing. Makes up for the dated infotainment software
Heated steel wheel was an option present last year in 2023. Also, that is the 4wd Limited trim. There is no 2wd selection once you option 4wd. It is full time 4wd. The knob is to choose between 4 high and 4 low
@michaellafrance6454 I would've got underground, but didn't want to wait. The one we got was fresh off the truck that day. The only miles on it were our test drive.
I just bought this very same vehicle in same color and all, I don't know if mine has that dashcam behind the rear view mirror, I will have to go and check this now.
I have the 2024 TRD Off-Road Premium in Nautical Blue. EXcellent I am getting up to 21 miles per hour to my daily commute from Long Island to the NYC. Great and comfy.
Picked up a '23 Limited in metallic charcoal gray with the redwood leather interior and third row seats several months ago. That redwood interior color looks fantastic, much better than basic black (which is the interior color in my wife's '23 RAV4 and my daughter's '23 4R TRD ORP, both of which are in Lunar Rock). I don't go offroad, so the Limited having full-time 4wd with a locking center diff was a plus. I agree that the backup camera sucks, its resolution is terrible for being a '23. The power rear window is a great feature, really airs the vehicle out. Have no interest in a 6th gen, since they're not made in Japan anymore, AND they took away the tried and true 4.0 engine and 5-speed auto trans. MPG is awful, about 8-10 mpg less than a '22 Ford Explorer ST I traded in, and that ST had a 3.0 twin turbo V6 with a full-size intercooler and 93 octane tune. But if I were to bet which vehicle would reach 100K miles with the least maintenance costs, hands down it would be the 4Runner.
I keep seeing that lane departure being advertised as an assist or Lane departure assist or Lane tracing assist it's just a lane departure warning it does not steer you back into the lane. I don't know why it's being advertised as a assist when it's just an audible warning. Just something for people to be aware of
yep, i noticed that too....salesman played dumb and on we went. I really like it so far....24 limited "wind chill pearl" Wanted one since they came out in early 80's!.
I have a 2013 model and ain’t shit changed. The windows going up and down are giving me issues. The silver crap they put on the door handles starting peeling off years ago and I already need a new paint job. Other than that my 4 runner is still kicking with 90,000 miles.
@@michaellafrance6454it definitely feels like they're running out their inventory or something LOL like they're trying to burn up everything they have before the next gen
I thought all Limited models were 7 seaters? This one does not appear to be a seven seater. Maybe because in Canada our Limited models are only 7 seaters.
@@FatalAnimal so we should always be vigilant to those bastard, what if suddenly someone opens it and put fire?..... no pull button means all those safety measures are nothing...... anyway i hope it can have a customise lock. I will not be at ease forever without a safety lock or pull button
