The combination of pin nails and glue should be perfect. Nails holds the facing board while the glue cures.

Работает, но не на100. Вбил их в косяк, начал к ним прибивать наличник, а он оказался куда тверже чем я полагал. В итоге гвозди утопились в косяк, но совсем не вошли в наличник и потом пришлось переделывать и засверливать. Лучше бы они были тоньше

В исключении своевременного колебания, в виде деформации отдельных участков, может добавить клей по плоскости, чтоб задуманное держалось дольше.

Это не саморез, который нужно вкручивать. Если присмотреться, то там нет резьбы, эти грани предназначены для того, чтобы плотнее сидеть в ДСП

Удобные , незаметные крепежи. Я мучился ,финишные гвозди забивал ,шляпки откусывал , все равно некрасиво , а это вещь.

To do a mar free casings of finer woods....no nail holes with putty...i hammer in #4 finish nail...cut off head and sharpen with dermal if u like but same install technique with a dab of glue

It looks better for sure cause u don’t see the nail. But it will probably pop out easily or sooner than if done regularly. if someone hanging on it lol or if something hits it hard. The nail is on the inside and not going through the wood that’s closing the seal🤷‍♂️

When working with painted trim , this is genius no nail holes , I'm going to suggest this to my custom cabinet shop .

If the tips of the nails are rubbed with wood glue, the boards may stick together more firmly.

You’d HAVE to put some liquid nails on there. And by the time you do that you literally DONT need the nails. Shot won’t last for more then a year without it

Now pull that trim off because I know if you Hammer a screw into the wood you're pretty much tearing out that hole I think you're supposed to screw in the screw part and then hammer in the nail part

Genius hack?! The shallow wedge-shaped screw has grips on it, enough to work well enough when you're using a thin face board as shown here.. And it's less hassle than glue and pin nails. However a dab of glue on the screw might even make it childproof! ✨ 😉

Так нельзя делать. Во-первых, крепление со стороны самореза держать уже не будут, такая обналичка продержится не долго, так как их с начало нужно вкрутить в обналичку, не переусердствуя. А потом только, в бить их в шкаф!

I still prefer countersunk screws with plastic head caps.
