I lost motivation. How to regain back. I started 1st May and lost 16 pounds. Hoowever lately my weight fluctuates dramatically. To 2 pounds a day..

Congratulations on your progress, it's wonderful having lost that already! Don't be discouraged by the fluctuations, but focus on little daily goals and the weight will catch up eventually. Focus on your eating window, some daily activity, less pop, more veggies or whatever you want to accomplish and use the numbers on the scale as just data. Then, look at your monthly averages and the tendency
