Thank you for leaving such lovely comment. Community you apply just like you apply for a job. Hospital wise, you need to wait for their opening to be posted up online then you apply just like you would for community and then if you qualified their requirements (eg PR, experience in hospital) then you get a chance for an interview. Hospital is harder to get in in general. But if you really want to go into hospital pharmacy, rural areas will be easier.
