International Policing and Public Protection Research Institute 

Anglia Ruskin University’s International Policing and Public Protection Research Institute (IPPPRI), was formerly known as PIER and works to use applied research to support the global response to exploitation and abuse in all its forms.
Its team of researchers work in partnerships within the UK and globally to make real world impact through insight and data. Covering areas including online child sexual abuse, counter-terrorism and extremism, and victim / survivor advocacy, the institute is leading the way in turning research into prevention through a whole system response.
