Come as a Student Post study work visa - one opportunity cannot be extended . Try to get A rated job for visa PR route - convert post study work visa visa to skilled worker visa for next 5 years Apply for ILR for 1 year Apply for citizenship
Thank you so much sir,,Allah Pak ap dono ko khush rakhy first time watching ur videos and going to sharing with my husband thank you so much ,,,amazing channel plz keep sharing like this more more,
The route explained here is accurate but realistically after PSW to obtain a sponsorship through your employer is not common in UK. So be careful have plan B in place
95 percent is too high. Most of the students who move to uk are well prepared to work hard. And if graduated from a top University then the pr chances are very high. But, yes those who move with a typical "part time job earnings" mentally will have a hard time.
Never come to Uk in early stages of your career, to get PR. As it is ridiculous difficult to get a skilled job plus the length to get a PR and the total money you would spent would be much much higher than any other country. Immigration system in Uk is designed such that you spend a lot of money in process of obtaining a PR. Please try Canada or any other country.
Also to top up, you won't not be able to bring your parents along. The country is racist and messed up. They only give privileges to their own people i.e the white. You are not considered equal to white even after obtaining british citizenship.
@@shubsgaming5786 it seems you never lived in England as well. I'm not an andha bhagt and i know the truth while being in the country and not some incidents of racism i saw from ABC news.
Hai sir, I'm 31 yr old seaman and I'm trying to come to UK for my 2nd mates studies. My course duration will be of 8-9 months and student visa will be of 12 mnths. So can I apply for PSW visa for this type of course which is not related to onshore.
If student change his visa into tier 2 after his study, then what about dependent?? will her visa also change into tier 2 automatically or she have to search for sponsorship visa ??
Lovely ❤❤. Sir as skilled worker employer to change kr sakte hai lekin category (work category like hr manager to recruitment manager) change kr sakte hain ??? 2nd , salary requirement kitni hoti hai ?
For couples, does each of them have to go through those steps or who is doing the study have to go through it or anyone of them have to go through it and both get the ultimate PR ?
Sir thank you so much this information. Can you tell me the companies name who are sponsor a rated job. I search in ur description but I couldn't find.
Hi... Sorry for interrupting.. Uk me max psw 3year ka h.. Agar ap master ke bad 2 year psw Leto ho then PhD karte ho to uska duration 4year hoga then 1year again psw milega to total 8year hue.. Bas agar apka baby uk me 7year nikal leta h but less then 2year ka hona chahie indian born ho ya uk ka koi matter nai karta.. To apko solicitor ki help se ap uk government ko request kar sakte h.. agar ul government accept karti h to apka baby ko pr mil jata h.. or parent ko baby k base pe 2-3 sal or work permit milta h.. total 10year hone k bad parents ko bhi pr mil jati h... Is it true?
