If you have an open shot it is valid as long as it is touching or inside the 15 point ring Also when there are no opponents on the board, at least one of your discs involved in your shot(meaning your shooter disc or any of your other discs that get hit by as result of it) must end on or in the 15 point ring. Discs that didn't move do not count toward you making a valid shot. Also any of your discs that get moved as a result of your invalid shot are removed from the board.
I'm American and already liked hockey, but recently took an interest in curling, which means I actually know what the hammer is. I don't know what to think. I'm scared and confused. Am I turning into a Canadian?
41:24 Ian just takes beej's shot off the board, even though since it was the first shot, it was perfectly legal to have not interacted with any opposing pucks. Was he just that ashamed he didn't sink it?
