If you're in Godot 4, you need to use UTF-8 for the csv file

Thanks for the video! According to the documentation, "The CSV files must be saved with UTF-8 encoding without a byte order mark".

I wrote the few text of my game into a dictionnary, each entry is an array and each language is an integer. The integer is set depending on the OS language. I don't use the included features but its fuc...g simple so it works.

How do we change the default started language? Also how to save the change language and open it default into that language?

In your editor settings under editor theres an option called editor language. Change that and it will change your language. As soon as you click close it will save.

How can I untranslated keywords to english? For example current language is german but there are keywords which are not translated to german yet I want them to be english but they seems plain keywords

Sadlyi don't think you can. You have to have a keyword there or it will be empty. You could mplement it yourself by loading that CSV and creating a dictionary of keywords and then check if that keyword is null and if it is then just use the English one but that's not exactly ideal...

godot write arabic wrong bcz arabic is written from right to left and godot write it from left to right godot 4 will full support arabic and rtl languages

seems like rtl languages not working correct. i don't know if text write correct on screen but im sure direction is wrong for arabic

So you have to manually map all the media? I would have assumed there was a naming convention. Like res://audio/$locale/greeting.wav
