It is important to have a fraternity that discusses men's rights as well. Thankfully we do - MRF (Men's Rights Foundation). They already declared that they have nothing to do with the welcome party organized by the All Kerala Men's Association. What they did was a shameless act. It deserves no recognition.

@@anshadedavana That is how the law works. It is an advantage given to women for their safety. There is no need for evidence in such a scenario. If it is a false case you are gonna have to prove your innocence in the court. Might not seem fair but it is what it is.

There is a documentary about such cases. @@AnjithD , Suspicion isn't enough to prove a crime. There is an other argument that this case is a honey trap one. The accusation is that she provoked him with malicious intention and later played a victim as pre-planned. I am not saying that it's true. We don't know what really happened. Neither me or you have witnessed the incident. Also there is no video record proving the crime. Hence as third persons, we shouldn't judge who is guilty and who is the victim. Currently there is an accuser and an accused. It's the court who should check the evidence and rule the judgement.
