I saw a green fire ball with my husband on April 17th 1989 on highway 395 on a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada at about 10PM at night. It was just as you make a left hand slow turn toward Las Vegas. It did not light up the sky, had a green sparkle tail and looked like a burning emerald with green flames. It was breath taking.
