Ap-Acid Peroxide is stay my favorite method to recover gold from clean items.Cheap and usefull proses,need a bit of time but work like a charm.See you in the next video!
I still think a little solar panel to run a small air pump would be ideal, especially for pins. Even if it doesn't run all the time. The time it does run it will speed up the pins dissolving. Either way your doing awesome! Keep it up!
Dusan, I really like this method, I have a load of pins that I have been saving and this will be a easy way to recover the gold. I'm in no hurry and can leave it sit and dissolve like you did here. Thanks for the great video my friend!

It’s hard to not love AP. Just toss stuff in and wait. I’ve been kicking around the idea of building a trammel. A super fine plastic mesh tube that spins slowly a couple times a day. It would adjutants the material acting like a washing machine. I think it could speed up doing pins in AP (a lot of what I do). You could probably knock the foils off stuff without digesting the whole pin. Thanks Brother! Great video
Interesting idea of getting the pins themselves to knock off the loose gold foils. Why not just use one of those plastic paint mixer that have a little fan blade on the end that you can stick into your drill on the slowest speed and agitate for 2-3 minutes daily? No need to fuss with the plastic mesh cause you will filter out the gold anyway.

Solar unit is working great! And if your workshop is a mess. My workshop is.... somewhat like after a hurricane goes thru and your doors were left open. Bahaha Almost warm enough to unload winter storage n start more fun stuff.
is it possible to drop gold out of the ap? man i think i used too much h2o2(3%) so my gold is dissolving in the ap? how can i rocover it without using solid copper
Could you use an aquarium air bubbler run by a rechargeable battery with a small solar panel to recharge it? Could the cold weather be slowing down the process?
I did throw away (to electonic recycling) a lot of such half golded stuff, not bothering with like RAM slots on MBs and so on, may be I will kepp it in the future.

@@AllCategoryChannel Hey, don't forget that for the most part we are not professionals doing this to make a living and pay the monthly mortgage. We mostly are backyard scrappers doing this as a hobby and sometimes hoarding the metals for the future when metal prices skyrocket due to our incompetent leaders and the devaluation of our fiat currency.
How did you ever get so many pins? I've been cutting and saving forever and barely have 2 shot glasses full. I tried getting any electronics I can find to pick up and get pins fingers I see chips etc from but I have nowhere near the amount of pins you do that's crazy
Also from what I've read ap does dissolve a bit of the gold too. I'm sure I'll never get enough to worry about the little that dissolves, but do you have a way of getting that out of the ap?
