I enjoyed this interview a lot. Paul is very good at selling words indeed. I love how he is able to attract and make people want to listen more to what he have to say and not come across as a self-centered asshole at the same time.
Its impossible for interpol to write on the road because they can't settle down and write together....... Thats why their music is so orchestrally beautiful
Kameron Wraith du Kemp I remember that too... I think it was Paul and he mentioned he liked Blonde Redhead and Cocorosie, and that's how I got to know those incredible bands... but I think I read it.
Watch the Barricade video. He can look good if he wants to, it's just that he chooses not to. His awful fauxhawk/mullet with glasses combo is an example of him purposely not looking good, honestly.
