I am Argentine and here many of us have dual nationality with a European country, because most of us are descendants of European immigrants (I myself am descendant of Spanish), so we do not have the need to marry a European to have his nationality, we have them thanks to our grandparents. Everyone has their experiences but my experience has been exact opposite. I dated an Argentine lady for several years and have been to Argentina 12 or 13 times. As a black guy, the only “negative” experience I had was when a 3 year old girl started scratching my skin to see if the black would come off. Her mom was so embarrassed. When her family drove me to one of their homes, we had to drive through an old German enclave where her father said “Nazis”.

I had a blast dating there, and met my wife 17 years ago, I found a knockout, but I was 43, and she was 22. She gave me 2 boys, and we're still married after 13 years. It doesn't matter about your race, it's your looks, personality, style, humor, and financial ability. No women anywhere prefer men in poverty. The US is the same thing, sometimes even worse in sone states. Italy is the same thing. So is Spain. Here's what I think: first off, Argentineans are not used to people of color due to their history. But it does not necessarily mean their girls cannot marry a black dude. In Texas, I used to work with a beautiful Argentinean girl who loved a black work colleague to death. So depends on context and someone, maybe.
Don't be shocked. Argentina used to have lots of black people. But they sent them to the front lines when the were wars. Eventually most black people emigrated to Brazil. Thats why Argentina has a small percentage of black people.

This video only popped up because I was searching for Buenos Aires travel guides. If the Argentinian women are rude, abusive and generally disrespectful to random people of colour whom they come into contact with on the street, at work, in stores etc then that is completely racist and wrong. Is this the case? I was planning to visit Argentina for the first time in my summer holiday but if the people are generally this way I will avoid the country as I am brown in colour. I am not even attracted to women, but I still don't want to be treated rudely by racist strangers because of my skin colour. However, personally everyone has their own preference and usually people are attracted to people who look most like. This is not racism but personal preference.
Don't go as a "brown Hispanic" then, go as a normal person willing to know about the culture, talk to people and have a good time. If you go on the defensive thinking people will discriminate you, then that's probably what will happen.
