But the lazy person "has" to have kids to get government $ assistance, they dont want to work 9-5.
@BatteredRose
@BatteredRose 2 года назад
@@realvictoria5970 government assistance doesn't mean someone is lazy. Not feeding, bathing, and just loving their kids mean they are lazy. I'm sure a lot of people have kids to get benefits but there are people who genuinely need it to survive and they don't keep having them to get more. Plus the benefits don't cover enough to keep the family really going. I'm someone with one kid and I have assistance but I would never have another unless my financial situation allows me to get off assistance. And I feel bad every day that my son has to live in poverty. I'm going to school to change it and the benefits are barely keeping us in food. Doesn't buy clothing or other essentials like shampoo, toothpaste, for some rent etc... It's barely survivable.
@realvictoria5970

@@BatteredRose I had a daycare for years, and farm for them. I never said if your needing assistance that's lazy. I said lazy referring to her the mother in context not you. I myself have foodstamps, studying Dr. Learning 2 languages, im handicap I can bearley walk yet im hoeing, tilling the land, picking fruit up in the trees on tall ladders. I make everything from scratch when cooking for the daycare kids. I have none myself and I have fought brest cancer and now fighting spinal tumors and I only have one lung and cant produce white blood cells and my cardiologist has monitored me for weeks my heart keeps stopping in my sleep. Ive had multiple surgeries and recovery. So I do kinda see others as lazy cuz I work hard hard. I am told since I refuse blood treatments I only have 9 years of my life expectancy left. 😃 I get to be in Heaven soon yay! I will pray for you Cat I seen a lot of single parents that put a lot of effort in, but I also see that some parents get away with a lot. One parent got daycare vouchers so the state is paying me to watch her kids and she's not working. She drops her kids off to me goes back home and sleep and or whatever but shea always was late to get her child, and the kid didnt wana leave w/ her mom. So so many parents dont want to parent their kids. I didnt renew my license because its too hard to see hurt everyday takes a toll.

The reason I mentioned my race because as a black mother in a obese world, some people would judge me and make fun of my sons because they baked their own cake and made homemade ice cream. Now they are men and they still eat the same way. My mom raised me the same way.Your wife is strong and awesome mother and wife. I call it compromise. Its weird how different families will react in different ways to an abusive home. My husband's father was a violent drunk - physically & emotionally abusive. the 4 kids pitted one against each other to avoid abuse themselves. The sister, especially, liked to rat the others out for perceived injustices. This would wind their father up & the sons would get beat. They never banded together or trusted each other. They continued to manipulate & abuse each other into adulthood. My husband, being the baby, would suffer the most. He has zero contact with ANY of his family. Even his extended family is not close - they also sat by & let this happen (or worse, joined in).

I’m 26 years old, and to this day one of the things I love the most about my dad is he’s always always always willing and ready to come and get me from any uncomfortable situation. I couldn’t imagine my dad dropping me in the woods and pulling off even for 10 seconds I’d be a wreck. I could call my dad (we live in GA) and tell him dad I’m in Tennessee, in a crack house and I’m scared come get me. He’ll be there no questions asked, when he gets there there will be questions 😂 but no matter what he’s coming and passing no judgment, he always said you may do things that shock me, but I can’t get mad at you you’re an adult and I’m grateful you share as much of your life with me as you do. I’ll never forget being 8 years old, at my moms friends house for a sleepover with her daughter. The daughter fell asleep super early, and I was so alone and so scared I just didn’t like it. I called my mom and she said “honey no ones driving an hour there and a hour back at one in the morning go to sleep, and I’ll be there when you wake up.” I called my dad and told him I was scared and lonely and didn’t like it there, he said “okay baby, thank you for calling me and letting me know please go ask her to tell you the address. I’m gettting dressed as we speak im on my way right now, don’t be scared daddy is on the way, as long as I’m here you’ll never be lonely, and you’ll never have to be anywhere you don’t want to be especially feeling scared or anxious. I love you boogie I’ll see you in an hour, if you feel sad or want to talk to me please call me I love to hear your voice” - I’ll never forget how loved it made me feel, I felt so loved, so safe knowing my dad will always protect me no matter what. Especially after my mom said no one is driving an hour at one am, I thought it was over for me and I was going to be stuck crying by myself all night with a girl I’m not really friends with sleeping. My parents are divorced for context, so my dad had no heads up just like mom but answered and got right into action. Thinking no one would come, and my dad telling me to breathe and try to calm down because he’s coming right now. We were on the phone for 2 minutes and he was already on the way. He talked to me the whole car ride over and to this day it brings tears to my eyes. I thought he was going to say no, and he was so eager to help, and now that I’m older I know he was glad that I called and he could provide me the feeling of safety, just a proud dad moment. There was a time when I was 16 I went to a boys house with my friends and the boy that picked us up said if we want a ride home one of us has to s*ck or f*ck, I was mortified. I told my friends I want to leave right now and I’m calling my dad, my best friend (she calls my dad, dad and he’s a father figure to her) told me no because my dad would be mad at her for having me there, I told her he wouldn’t be mad at her, we didn’t do anything wrong and leaving is the right thing to do. She took my phone and we started walking home, we almost get to our neighborhood and her moms sees us. Then she (my friends mom) tells my dad about it, and my dad was mad at me and I said “dad I wanted to call you I told bria that we need to just call you because I’m not providing oral or sex for a car ride, (especially being a virgin in all aspects), I wanted to call you to pick us up, I didn’t want to walk home. Bria doesn’t have a father and doesn’t understand our dynamic she thought you were going to hate her and be mad at her, and not let us hang out.” - he was really chill about it and told me he understands, but in the future just text him or go and call him privately. I knew my dad wouldn’t be mad at me, I knew my dad would come and get me. He never gets mad if I need help, or if I’m in a moment of struggle he always make sure he’s there for me and present, later on we will have a talk always calm and understanding. All of my friends get so shocked that I tell my dad EVERYTHING more than I should (and more than he wants to know probably LOL) but he’s my best friend. No matter what he always has my best interest at heart more than any friend I could make I’m so thankful God gave me him as a father. He’s grateful God gave him me. God just knew we needed each other, he couldn’t give me to anyone else but my dad. IF YOU READ THIS BLESS UR HEART LOL I DIDNT REALIZE HOW LONG IT WAS. THIS CASE STRESSES ME OUT AND I CANT BELIEVE THERES PARENTS OUT THERE LIKE THIS. I ALWAYS THOUGHT EVERYONES DAD WAS LIKE MINE, I WAS VERRRRY MISTAKEN (also a child but still I learned very quickly at school hearing stories, and in my divorce counseling we all did as a family, everyone my age had wild stories compared to us.)

Longest few minutes of my entire life. I was losing my mind while knowing he almost had to be in the house but all logic goes out the window when your an afraid mom. His dad got home from work about 2.5 hours later, I was still worked up. I didn’t simply get over it once he was found sleeping safe and sound. My mind had already gone to places dark and scary. I got a door beeper like gas stations use. Had technology been like now I would have bought cameras. My kid was never in danger. He was never outside the house. Instead of everyone complaining about the cops or CPS (especially when none of you know the details) I wish many of you would actually DO something to help kids. Bitching about DHS (especially when you don't have the slightest clue what they do and how they do it and why they do it) is not helping kids. What would help kids is you volunteering for respite agencies. Adopting kids. Fostering kids. Interning at CPS. Becoming a case worker at CPS. Volunteering for CPS even. You may only make minimum wage at CPS but if you're this concerned about children you'll be just fine. Additionally, you need to vote in every running, every time. Whether it's at the local school board, your town/village level, the county level, the state level and elsewhere. Every. Single. Time. You need to be researching judges and legislators fully. Because THAT is what creates change. Not bitching on RU-vid about an agency you have no right to bitch about. You just sound fucking _entitled_ - how on _Earth_ can you shame something when you know nothing about it? Why aren't you applauding CPS for the lives they've saved? Isn't that strange that you don't do that? 🙄🙄 Get it together. And if you refuse to actually DO what it takes to help kids, at least keep your yaps *_shut_* about the shit you're WILLFULLY ignorant about.

Every Mom I know, when checking on her sleeping child, looks to see if they’re breathing. And we kiss their forehead and pull the covers up, etc. Yes, we know that they’re likely to be breathing, but we check anyway! All of this is horrifying. Hog tied and beaten? Food withheld? Leave kids in the wilderness (or anywhere) and make them believe you are abandoning them? I’m sadly stunned. 💕🐝🇺🇸

I had read several books on babies and pregnancy but nothing could prepare me for motherhood. I looked at my newborn daughter and loved her. She was so calm the first day home. Then night came and she was crying, frantically hungry. I was panicking trying to breastfeed worried she wasn’t getting any milk from me!! I called my mom to come over and she settled down after a couple ounces of similac 😅 I guess my point is, good people will care for their children. Bad people won’t. It does not matter how prepared you are, when you commit to taking care of anything, plant, animal, child, you commit fully to that responsibility. These scumbags are cold and unloving. They could’ve been rich, hired nannies, and not used drugs. They prob still wouldn’t have cared for their children.

I heard her screaming for me, and I didn't respond right away because I thought she was mad. She was terrified. She cried and squeezed me and gave that stern "don't ever do that again" mom line. Quite believing their account of the kids “acting up”. Everyone keeps repeating this lie these losers told. The POS parents felt their existence was an annoyance. All their teachers said they were polite and well behaved. Terrified severely abused kids who get hogtied and abandoned don’t generally act up. Everybody needs to stop saying this.

It’s really a shame that people like this can’t just be dealt with right after the interview. There is no fixing people who are capable of this. So much respect for the detectives who have to sit there and stay calm and casually talk to them probably being sick to their stomach the whole time.

I can't believe the way they explain leaving the kids and driving away as just "a scare tactic" like it's an even remotely acceptable thing to do. They're so abusive and dysfunctional that they just talk about inflicting psychological abuse like it's a normal thing everyone does. I mean, my mother was also abusive, but she knew what she was doing wasn't acceptable and would hide it.

We had a cabin in big bear that my dad took me and my sister to every winter. There was a liquor store 4 blocks away with Penny gum I used to get all the time. As my dad was packing up the car to head home I asked if I had time to go and he said no. My bratty ass grabbed 4 quarters out of his car and went anyways. When I got back the car was gone and I immediately started freaking out and crying lol I walked back to the store and called my mom. She called my dad freaking out and he said I told her no! As he kept driving with my older sister crying in the back thinking he was really gonna leave me cause he just kept heading down the mountain trying to teach me a lesson.i know it's nothing like this but just thought I'd throw a little light heartedness into a dark story

I have an aunt who use to have disabled foster kids and she would send one of them to bed without dinner if she acted up. I could not imagine doing that to someone especially to someone who was totally dependent on people for caring for her. So thankful she had all of those kids taken from her. People who have kids or just take them in for the money do not have an ounce of love for anyone at all.

While listening to James talk about punishments it amazed me that they were torture techniques. Those poor kids don't stand a chance in that type of environment. The only thing good that came out of this terrible tragedy is that the 2 surviving children will not have to live with these "parents" any longer. They watched their "mother" run over their 6 yr old brother. Then she put his body in the van with them in it. . Then "mother" took him home after she killed him. Those 2 kids had to stay with his remains, realizing that he had passed. Then they would have known that "parents" threw little James into the river. These people are ghouls and freaks, as well as horrible parents.

@DVirg0🤍 It wouldn’t have mattered if they lied or told the truth, they would have been abused either way. Maybe if they got away with the lie they could have a chance. Telling the truth they would have no chance. Children with no direction are left up to themselves to do what they do. Children at that age don’t have a guide. They have to think with no guidance but their limited child mind.
