40:22 sir said that the vector is sent to cpu through data bus, but isn't vector an address, shouldn't it be sent through data bus

Direction of address bus is from CPU to device. Device does not have that luxury to send via address bus and neither is this fit to send via the bidirectional control bus, hence it is sent by data bus.
