This interval timer with nice graphics beeps every 30 seconds, for half an hour. Ideal for high intensity workouts with rests. For an interval counter, enable subtitles (press CC). Enjoy!
this is great for HIIT training, though there is a weird bug in that no matter what I start, the 30 seconds of rest always go by about twice as quickly as the 30 seconds of training.
Story time. When I was in Spanish 2 in high school (not that long ago), I would wait for classes to end. I didn't want to take Spanish, I wanted to take French, or Latin, or Japanese, or even Russian, but all of those were online classes, and my counselor told me it was in my best interest not to take them. Later, when I signed up for Latin 1, she put Spanish in my schedule instead, but I digress. I would sit in Spanish everyday, watching the clock, counting the seconds, listening to the tick. At first it was just something to do to pass the time, but I eventually found myself doing it passively, still participating in class, but also keeping up with the time by the ticks. By the time I was toward the end of Spanish 2, I was keeping the time down to the minute without a clock. I could accurately count seconds in my head. I've passed that class a while back, knowing very little about Spanish, but I think what I did learn is much more useful. Keeping such close tabs on the time has made me realize how much there is to do in life, and how much you can do in just a few seconds. Anyways, if there was some moral lesson to this, I've forgotten it, oh well. Anyways, I'm giving all of this excessive background to explain the reason that I come to this video every so often. It's a good mental exercise to keep me sharp. I just thought that was worth sharing. Well, to those of you who enjoy irony, ¡adios! P.S. The downside is the ticking in my head that i picked up along the way. It makes sleeping near impossible, which can wear on the soul after a while.
Bruh, I have horrible ADD and I turn this really loud and use it so I cant start daydreaming, and so I stay focused on my homework. Thank you so much!!!!
hey I am thinking of doing the same! but more like a 1 minute/slide thingy , only useful if I have finished the lecture once before how are you doing 3 years later still using it?
Deep breathing meditation 1. (on the beep) Take one full deep breath into your belly, lungs and head. (3 seconds) 2. Hold (3 seconds) 3. Relax and exhale but not fully. (3 seconds) 4. Rest (21 seconds) 5. Repeat
I’m finally motivated to improve my health. Counting by myself, I usually lose count and there’s no way to entertain myself because I have to focus on counting. Plus the beep doesn’t hurt my ears!Thank you.
HAHAHAHA i've been using the 1 minute version for a week. I accidentally used this one today and i was like "I'm being super inneficient or time has accelerated"
I started to use this and after about 5 minutes of switching up workouts I just laid there regretting everything I had done in the last 5 minutes sorrowfully listening to the remainder of beeps. :'(
This is getting me through my pregnancy sciatica. I loose track of my stretches because of the pain and my toddler trying to jump on me. I would not have an even stretch without this.

Thank you so much for this I have used this for the past month and I finally have my 6 pack!! But no reason to stop now when I can even more shredded!!
You don't have to be a "causal fatass", you too can get ABS if you just work for it. Also you have an advantage over skinny guys in that you will build muscle easier, it's like you're starting out with building blocks for your muscles while skinny guys have to pick them up along the way.
@@voidheir If youre trying to lose fat, workouts wont do anything if u dont have the right diet, workouts are mainly for building muscle, they do help burn fat but nowhere near as much as dieting (also cardio is what you want to focus on if trying to burn fat, intesity is for building muscle later on when youre lean :D)
Your workout videos are pretty good. I was wondering how you got your timer countdown? And I also see that you used a different timer bc yours has the sec beeps before the ten sec rest and this video here doesn't have that
This is very helpful because unlike the timer feature on my phone, I don't have to drop what I'm doing every 30 seconds to reset the alarm to stop it from continuously beeping at me.
