For those who need a neutral timer with all essentials of counting every single workout, showing with color where you are including a total timer and a backward timer.
Starts with a 10 seconds pre-count, then plays a four beep countdown before each round starts and a 4 beep countdown when it ends.
For all workouts with 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest. Including a Counter for a good and smooth start.
