Thx for the video, hav eused it for some of my workouts for a while now. Though i gotta say this now makes me loath the first song cause I do the exercises I dislike the most then (get it done with at the start)
Thought the same thing, but still really nice video and music, i used it but without resting, still worked.for me but many times had to watch the timer to not go over 30sec
