I like how Thomas Briggs improvises using chord melodies and rhythmic approach at the beginning . While the other guys only can play licks and solos lol it's very rare to see a young player who seems understand the importance of rhythm playing as well as lead playing

I think Aaron was easily the most musical one in this demonstration. They’re all insanely talented.

Crazy to think a guy that can shred like Aaron Marshall can still write music that I can play along with, that sounds fucking killer. he really knows how to capture the hook of a song, its admirable

Saw this show in Philly and GODDAMN Thomas Griggs slayed!!! Was completely blown away.

Aaron has so much feel even when hes making it up as he go, so much groove and heart in everything he plays

I loved the arrangement of how they start each conversation with slow and clean music and end it with Jason's insane shredding

Wow that was incredible. Next gen g4! First saw JR's audition cover for ASP and followed him SINCE. He puts a solid album out just may not have been his day on improv. Saw nick and Aaron perform in Manchester (uk) this year with polyphia and was such an amazing gig. These guys are all a credit to the industry and I'm glad they're all enjoying themselves so much

I like Aaron marshall jams. he moves between tension and releases creating a pleasant effect to my ears than others who linger on dissonance way too much. love Thomas who does dissonance the best because he seems to actually have some sort of a jazz/fusion background
