'i need money and you need a good employee' I think this confidence is partly because he already had an offer from Accenture. I'm sure he wouldn't have answered like this if this had been his first job interview
Interviewer: tell me something about yourself? Candidate explain his family background. Interviewer: why should I hire you? Candidate: Because I need money and you want employee. Lol😁
One of the ways to control your stammering is taking pauses and talking slowly. When one gets nervous, the person speeds up his talking speed. This causes him to stammer. Be comfortable in your own skin, trust in your looks and your voice(yes this is one of the biggest issues people get nervous), and slow the hell down. 70% chance this works.
It is more than just cracking an interview! Working on yourself and towards your goal, no matter what! Kudos to you Nishant! The video seems so genuine and straight from the heart.
Hello Maitreya, yes majority is on Computer science... however there are quite a few on other streams like : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EU3CC9__L1E.html (L&T Electrical) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FVUfX4wDqP0.html (PI of Elect) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hAdpd8C7MtE.html (Chemical Eng) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dEVchbqOdRY.html (Instrumentation Eng)
First of all that was a serious borderline between being creepy and trying to impress the interviewer. But nevertheless was a remarkable interview,as the candidate was quite frank with his cons...but I wonder how did he manage the stammering cause I have a similar kind of problem when I start to converse with someone, however I get comfortable as the discussion progresses.
We agree with you Yashasvi... However, neither Nishant nor the team at RU buZZing wanted to edit out anything that had happened in the actual interview... You are right about the borderline bit, but it appears that Nishant treaded on the better side :) For the stammering bit I am sure Nishant will share his advice.. Glad you like the video :)
Make a video on campus palycement for diploma I am appring my polytechnic and my branch is electronics and communication and I am also completed my education in Hindi medium
I recently had my Wipro hr round I have proven them that I have excellent coding skills. I have been working on two excellent projects which are way too complex to complete and I'm on my way to success. I proved that I'm good at multiple domains. VERDICT : Rejected Edit : I forget to tell that my CGPA is 7.3 not 8+ or something like that. to be honest I don't like these kind of guys who don't know basic coding and having 8+ CGPA just by memorizing some sentences before exam and all.not that of jealousy but the interviewer's first impression is CGPA and there are some great students who are worthy are losing great opportunities bcoz of these kind of system. Don't get me wrong this is my personal opinion He seems unworthy to me.
Its all because he is in VIT one of the best college in India , seen many people with better coding and communications skills .. yet unplaced .. This is the mockery of India!
Undoubtly I dont deny it! Am just comparing two very different situations and feeling bad regarding it. I too want all to get placed , but more deserving people need to get in first. They either lack opportunity or hit hard like luck! everyone dosent get too lucky! This is a sad reality.
May be a guy or girl does not know coding. So what? There are dev ops, testing available for guys and girls. If U think coding is everything and developers r more deserving then ur concept is not clear.Interview has never been always about coding. It includes how u communicate, how bold u are, how u answer, how u handle ur self under such circumstances .Even after 2 or 3 months of practice,u can learn coding.Google is there. So thank u for ur comments but what u think that is not right.Once u join MNCS then u will know the reality. Best of luck for future endeavors.
Nishant Kumar i have been learning coding for years..and there are endless things still left to explore.. you can't just learn coding in 2-3 months..in this time period you can just learn some syntaxes and very basic stuffs..you wouldn't be able to make something productive that sells in company.. You're right there are many other things like devops and all..but to work in that field you require some knowledge which the candidate seems to lack..
Wipro interview seems like candidate taking interview of interviewer even candidate don't know coding also candidate say I just want money that's why I wanted to join company wah Kya baat hai Wipro ki maaka bhosda Wipro didn't interview computer science student if has below sixty in tenth and twelth
bro, where are the interview questions?may be,they would have asked something about the subject(questions related to it).If not ,how would have they hired you ? with that single statement?seriously not !ENGLISH doesn't define your knowledge. Its a part(skill) of your knowledge. You have only insisted upon that rather than your knowledge about the core subject.
Thank you Shantanu...Before making the interview series we decided to create content that could make a positive impact on people... We are glad this series is moving in that direction... Good day :)
but still I was wondering why she didnt ask basic questions on c even though he rated himself as 2. I mean its a software company so I was curious to know about that!
I am a technical graduate from 2014 and honestly don't want to get into IT, preparing for banking exams but not able to clear the final round and now finding a job in HR domain What am I trying to say is, every candidate should fix goal and have some ambition in the time of graduation itself or else they will fall into a life sucking abyss like me
That's good that you shared this, if it's really a fact what happened. But what I see that, its all these manipulated or studio type behaviour and question answers, from both side, what will be accepted or appreciated positive or negative is totally personal individual p personnel perspective of persons sitting for taking interview, so nothing can be generalised or interpreted to any certain direction of clearing the interview. But it's somewhat entertaining and interesting, so thanks for sharing it.
Hey Sachin. It is a Real Interview that has been re-enacted in a studio kind of atmosphere with actors hence the studio vibes. The objective of re-enactment is to share how real life interviews actually happen and what kind of questions are actually asked. Yes you are right nothing can be generalised no two interviews are the same. However, its always good to learn from various experiences. Hope this helps!
Sir i think its totally wrong ..thats telling about your family ..in briefly...no one is interested to listen about family they want to know about ..only which skills or ability candidate have..if I'm wrong plz correct mem
Why can't you make a video on campus interview of an electric or Mech Student? Why because so many CS companies are there, they will do mass recruitments, but in every college very less electrical companies will come for placements .
Hey Madhu.. most of the videos we have students are from different stream. The first Tech Placement video we made is on Kalyan Dutt Shatdarsanam, BTech - Electrical, IIT Delhi. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aUTHQi27i4M.html However, you are right most interviews are for Software companies. So when we do come across interesting interviews for other stream companies we will certainly make them. Cheers!
Saniya, please feel free to connect with these candidates to check the authenticity of these videos... In fact, in this video the real candidate Nishant Singh himself acted the candidate part.... Feel free to connect with any of the candidates on the channel.... cheers :)
In case of confusion. Mass Recruiting Company do have such short term interviews that too HR Interviews. HR interview doesn't take more than 15 mins until and unless they're confused about ur personality or speaking skills. The Moment you finishes your introduction. 80% of time you gets rejected or selected(In Mass Recruiting Companies) There's nothing wrong in the interview.
Mass recruitment from gaint companies. Inspired by college wealthy placement office.... Leads everyone get placed..in MNCs.they r .lucky ppl to be admitted to a rich college..

4:08 mins of boredom and boasting! Real stuff starts after that..someone truly said theirs a borderline between being creepy and confident...the interviewer did a Fab Job! She's completely into HR role! Would want to see her more..
