Mam ....I participated in state level JRC(Junior red Cross) parade in republic day 2018...mam Is that considered an achievement...??? And one thing mam I don't know English well...I can understand English but I can't speak english fluently....but I try to speak in English... please reply me mam🙏🙏

You will need guidance from someone who has attempted the exam. Otherwise iasbaba and other sites will give useful information. In any case it takes 2 years of dedication and preparation at least.
