People of age 45+ faces unemployment most because of age discrimination in India which is not a case in Foreign. To erase unemployment Govt should remove age limit in Corporates. Even age 45+ are human.
Very true even i m facing challenges to get a job .even after having experience with big MNC's struggling since last one year for a basic job.we r also humans we also need job to run a family .employeers need to understand this also.

To be honest I had stability issues. I am 2019 BCA passout. I was not selected due to lack of sincerity and attendance issues. Then I chose to go for certification certification course on hardware and networking. This time I got placed but could not work with stability. I worked in multiple companies but could not remain in a single one for 1-2 month - either abscond or termination. And I believe this is because of my behavioural issues. Now It's been a long time I am unemployed. My image became poor in the training Institute where I did the course on IT as I repeatedly kept quitting so they are not willing to give me job. I did nothing significant in past 1-2 years. These are the actual reasons of my career gap but how can explain this to the interviewer if I go for interview now? Now I am totally directionless. I must make a career and take responsibily of my family as I belong to lower middle class family and my father who is the only earning member is turning old. I am seriously depressed and I truly regret for not being conscious in the past. I need help. 😂
The career gap is bcoz of preparing for competitive exams, we have no certifications, no marriage, then hw to convince them to get a job , plz reply mam🙏🙏
