Tim did an outstanding job with that character. His (Buster Scruggs) dialog on paper didn’t translate to the rough old west, which probably would have intimidated most actors, but Tim knocked it out of the park with his style and rendition of the character. It left you wanting more and more. Bravo Tim!

I don't often laugh out loud watching TV or movies. This film had me in stitches. I hurt myself laughing. Hated to see him not survive this short, but it was the perfect end for the time allotted. A prequel would be great as we could explore his origin story and find out why he was on the wanted poster. In the end he was done in by the same method he used to dispatch Curly Joe's brother. Fantastic irony. The correct answer to "Do you need a count?" is YES!

Buster Scruggs,...I watched it 10 times. It never should have ended. THE most entertaining comedy western I have ever seen in this type of genre. Bring it back with Tim! In fact, I'm going to watch it again after writing this post!

Everyone keeps wanting a movie of just Buster Scruggs, but the idea was to love Buster Scruggs and than just become disappointed when he dies and never comes back. Its about death and even though, for me, it was quite sad that he died, I found it rather beautiful to watch

they are all good stories, but Scruggs is perfect.

One of the best Actors in the world and this movie was amazing. I grew up in the era of the singing cowboy movies so I didn't even think about that part of his segment being a small salute to guys like Gene Autry, Roy Rogers, Rex Allen and others, making that a vignette within a vignette!

I had no idea how Tim Blake Nelson sounded out of character, but this wasn’t it haha

He absolutely had the Buster role down pat , I had never heard of him and never knew who he was , brilliant actor , the expressions on Busters face during the movie were riveting , and the accent and country boy cool , better than Brando .

He played buster scruggs better than anyone could have possibly played that role. He was perfect for it

I met him after a private screening of this movie in LA. Really nice guy. Down to earth. Very friendly. One of the most underrated actors in the world. Was great too in the movie “Old Henry”. Just fantastic in that movie. A must see!

Every time I see your acting Tim I really believe that you are the character in the script. When I see you speak off-camera I’m amazed at your ability on camera. You bring a Constant joy to me all day long singing the songs that you sing.

I've admired Tim Blake Nelson's work right from the start. I loved the quirky humor he brought to so many of his roles. But then I saw him in _Old Henry_ (2021) and was was just blown away seeing him bring a completely dramatic role to such an incredible level. It's a mesmerizing performance that places Mr. Nelson firmly within the top-tier of actors today. If you haven't seen _Old Henry_ , I suggest you seek it out.

They need to make a full length Buster Scruggs movie. by far the best character in the movie.🤠

Wow, this guy was so good in that part, his accent in the movie was so believable! I thought he was from the region & he just exaggerated it to the almost cartoon skit level, sounds nothing like I expected.

I love Tim Blake!! One of the greatest character actors of all time! Watching this interview, it is hard to hear him speak so articulately when you just expect to hear that Delmar/Buster Scruggs voice. 😂

Superb performance, the character deserves its own film or series

His portrayal of the character is very good I myself wanted more! A TV series of this in netflix dedicated to him will be epic. GIVE BUSTER SCRUGGS HIS OWN TV SERIES IN NETFLIX!!!

Tim Blake Nelson is an excellent actor. It is scant time on screen before I totally buy into his character regardless of the role he's taken on. I feel the same appreciation of acting as I have for those before him such as Jack Nicholson and Gene Hackman. Looking forward to seeing more of him working his craft onscreen soon.
