Hurley needs to appreciate the Big East way more. He recently said that Uconn would be a powerhouse even without the Big East. That's bullshit. They played in the American and they sucked. Val Ackerman would say the same thing. He played in the conference, and he just made history in the conference, and the entire time he was saying in nearly every interview “The Big East is the best conference and it’s not even close”. You sound a little ignorant and certainly not a UCONN fan. An intelligent BE fan would immediately recognize how much UCONN has done for the BE with this recent run. Uconn has made 7 final four appearances and has won 6 titles outta that (85% win rate). And of course going back to back which UNC hasn’t even done. Let’s look at the tournament winners since 2000: Uconn has won the same number of titles as Duke and Kansas combined.
