AI can generate small pieces of trivial code, so now people believe it's already here to kill these industries. They're not there (yet). Might not be for many, many years. Try get gpt to do anything non-trivial (as in even the most *basic* production-ready app) and it fails... spectacularly. And that's not even taking into account deployment of said app.
