Man it would be amazing to have a coin shop like this near me. Blows me away there isn't anything remotely close like this in North Texas. On the other hand it's probably a good things as I likely couldn't afford it lol. The selection and prices seem so fair in comparison to online options.

I've been debating taking a train trip one day down to Coin Guy's shop. The world coins I see in his cases all the time, and the prices...I hate I have to search ebay for what I need. All anyone round here wants to do is overcharge for US coins.

Nothing like sorting a fresh hoard... Been involved in a few. My father once received for appraisal a huge raw indian head collection his friend had inherited. All loose coins in like a dozen sacks. It took us a a few weeks to go through. There was some great stuff. It was so exciting. There were stacks of key dates and some REALLY big hits. The guy was floored. I got to fill most of my indian head binders as payment for helping out.

The fish on the 1967 Canadian commemorative ten cents is a mackerel not a salmon and circulated in 50 and 80 percent silver. I live in Canada and you are right on the money Coin Guy on the shipping to Canada. I stopped purchasing coins from dealers in the U.S. because the currency exchange, customs duties and shipping is crazy. Another fantastic video.

Another great show. I had to pause when you got to the bucket of silver commemoratives. I called up Guy and placed my order for 20 of them. Guy answered the phone, then put Nathan on to take my order. Several times before I have purchased from Guy. They are wonderful to deal with, fast and efficient. Very personalized service. I love it when he has his special deals.

The more gold and silver in the US the better. I started focusing on .925 sterling silver presidential history bars that weight 33g. Those usual end around $26-$29 for a 1oz of silver. Looking forward to the discussions. Edit: I think there will be silver freeing up in the next few months from people needing to sell for bills, unfortunately retail and commercial companies are closing.

I love the walkers, my grandfather use to tell me when he was 15 he could go to the casino pay 52 cents to play a game of solitaire and possibly walk out with a $10 bill so when I see walkers that image of my grandfather in the late 40s handing the dealer a walker for a game of solitaire.
