Abhishek Bachchan has been away from the movies for 2 years. He makes his return to the big screen with Anurag Kashyap's Manmarziyaan. In this conversation with Anupama Chopra he speaks about why he needed to take the long break, regrets, and finding joy in his sports ventures. "I didn't do any work for 2 years in terms of acting. I needed to reboot. I felt there was a sense of complacency that had crept into my work ethic. I was making more money than I had in my entire career but you have to ask yourself, is this what you want to be remembered for? I just need to go back to doing work that scares me," he says.
