I first heard Alpha and Omega tunes on the Manasah sound system in a house party on Wightman Road in Harringay, North London. The quality of bassline was the first thing I noticed, then the atmospheric synth horns clapping drums and the mystical vibes from the humble melodica. They continuing producing their consistent brand of inspirational music for all generations and all people, the message is encapsulated in one of my favourite tunes of theirs: Wicked Man Drop. It's a message as true today as it's ever been. This is a lovely interview, long may they continue creating their musical message.
i re-mixed Alpha & Omega about 11 or 12 years ago and have been listening to them since mid 90s but i never knew christine was involved at all! Very poor on my part. One love
