Its a good initiative to have professionals tell their experiences. What I think would be beneficial for students or learners is that these interviews should help them understand how the topics taught at college, which we hate to learn, are actually helpful in their professional life, by sharing their own experiences.

The interview was great and fun. Thanks Gaurav, Rainy, and Rachit. One thing that I would like to mention is that do not take one single project to multiple hackathons, go to the hackathon build it at the same time. I still remember people had IoT projects in hackathons and they just came to the hackathon and assembled it and won. Hackathons ka idea is to get together work on the idea in 24-48 hours and demo the project.

I content of this channel is getting more rich and interesting. This video was fun as well as informative too. Gaurav and Rachit are someone like Kanan and Biswa of competitive programming. Maybe you can try something like that in some of your future videos, discussing a system design problem or any other stuff. All the best and keep up the good work guys.

Hi Gaurav.. I am a lead java programmer working in usa . It’s really sad we programmers are paid less when compared to sap guys.. there is a lot of hard work we programmers put in but apart from big 4’s , rest all companies don’t really pay well for our hard work. It’s kinda frustrating . Share your thoughts on this

Education background plays key role to get profile shortlisted, most of the people from top most college's or IIT background.. While screening the profile they first looked at college background then your current organization ( in case if it is top most company not TCS, Infosys... next level of those), then only they look at your technologies , skills and your tech knowledge....
