This is one of the best videos that I've seen about our profession. This is inspiring.

I love how smaller fish always give advice to big fish and think they know everything 7:00. I bet What makes this guy great is that he still listens to salesman below and above him regardless.

Certainly has valets and people to deliver his cars. I’d bet a million dollars he gets access to inventory lists that nobody else gets. He certainly knows incoming inventory while his coworkers don’t. Definitely impressive but he doesn’t sell 100 cars a month. These people exist but they exist in a world that not everyone at a dealership can also exist. These things aren’t duplicatable. There can’t be 10 of these guys at a dealership.

You still have to have loads of help! The average car deal takes about 3 hours, interview, vehicle selection, negotiation, finance and delivery. It takes me all day to complete a hat trick!

3 cars @ 3 hours a day is a 9 hour day without stopping. So, to say you have a lot of time on your hands means some of that 3 hours is handled by another person which means you are not selling 3 cars a day. Your group of people are selling 3 cars a day. Good job for achieving what you have achieved!

There are 15 Honda dealerships in 50 km ridius here in Toronto. People are shopping around crazy.

I hope you treat the" lot guys " like the human beings they are. I work at a car dealership and sales staff treats service and parts like 3 rd class citizens .

For a 6 day work week thats about 4 cars a day to average 100 a month... 4 cars a day every day

This guy is obviously just their closer who closes deals for salespeople that aren’t as good as him. It’s physically impossible for a car salesman to sell 100 cars in the month, you literally don’t have enough time in your day or have enough people that are willing to help you. This is misleading

First you have 19 years...not only with a client base but with a Auto group . I'm sure they let you do what ever you want. Also make sure u have everything you need. Also 19 years is a ton of knoladge. There is no way you can have given good service. I'm possible.

he is lying. jm lexus has the best numbers for individual car sales per dealer and they do 345 cars per month with 20 to 30 car sales men but this dude by himself do 100... quit lying dude! i live in south Florida which has the top car sales unit in the world rival California and we have dealers that dont do 150 cars with a staff of ten sales agents.... STOP LYING! by the way, you look broke, and so far your presentation needs work... i guess all your customers have excellent credit and automatically qualify to get cars because you are awesome and banks take any credit.... most car buyers cant buy a car due to poor credit but every one of your customers have excellent credit and are financially independent
